By accessing this website, requesting quotes, or executing procurement purchase orders with Royal Future Seafood ("the Company"), you ("the Client" or "Buyer") agree to be bound unconditionally by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms constitute the entire commercial framework between Royal Future and the Buyer unless supplemented or superseded by a formal bilateral supply contract signed by both parties.
Royal Future operates as a registered commercial supplier and exporter specializing in high-grade seafood solutions, catering primarily to:
- Five-star hospitality groups, hotels, and luxury catering operators.
- Commercial restaurant chains and food service distributors.
- Regional hypermarket and retail supermarket groups.
- International seafood import and processing enterprises across the GCC and worldwide.
Notice: Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) apply to all containerized freight (FCL/LCL) and refrigerated overland freight dispatches. MOQs vary by product category and catch season.
All seafood supplied by Royal Future adheres strictly to international food hygiene guidelines (HACCP, ISO 22000, and regional food safety municipal approvals).
Because seafood is a natural marine resource, slight variations in natural color, dimensional sizing, and seasonal glazes are expected and recognized as customary industry standards. All frozen products are processed using advanced Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) or blast-freezing techniques to lock in freshness and vital nutrients.
Quotations issued through our digital forms or direct sales representatives represent official estimates and are valid for the duration specified on the formal proforma invoice (typically 7 to 14 days due to marine market volatility).
- Incoterms: Unless agreed otherwise in writing, international trade is conducted under CIF, CFR, or FOB terms (Incoterms® 2020). Overland GCC shipments are delivered DDP or DAP.
- Currency: Commercial invoices are denominated in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED), Saudi Riyal (SAR), or US Dollars (USD).
- Payment Instruments: Payments must be executed via confirmed irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) at sight, advance telegraphic transfer (T/T), or agreed bank-guaranteed credit terms.
Maintaining the cold chain is our utmost priority. All products are transported in calibrated refrigerated containers ("reefers") maintained at sub-zero temperatures (≤ -18°C for frozen goods, 0°C to 4°C for chilled products).
Delivery dates provided are estimates based on ocean carrier vessel schedules and customs clearance timelines. Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer in accordance with the specified Incoterm for the applicable consignment.
The Buyer must inspect all consignments immediately upon discharge at the designated destination warehouse or port facility.
- Notice of Discrepancy: Any claim regarding temperature abuse, quantity discrepancy, or packaging compromise must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of receipt.
- Required Documentation: Valid claims must be accompanied by time-stamped photographs, independent surveyor inspection reports, and temperature recorder data strips from the shipping container.
- Remedies: Where a valid defect attributable to Royal Future is confirmed, our liability is strictly limited to replacing the non-conforming goods or issuing a credit note for the verified loss.

Neither party shall be held responsible for failures or delays resulting from Force Majeure events beyond reasonable control, including adverse sea conditions, port labor strikes, maritime route blockages, government veterinary import moratoria, or global supply disruptions.
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or connected with commercial transactions with Royal Future Seafood shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the commercial laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as applicable to the executing entity.
