We are expanding our procurement team and need an experienced Senior Seafood Purchaser. You will be responsible for sourcing the highest quality seafood locally and internationally, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring our strict quality standards are met.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source and procure high-quality seafood from local and international markets.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers.
- Monitor market trends and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.
- Ensure all procured items meet quality and regulatory standards.

- 5+ years of experience in seafood procurement.
